An old vintage from a great malbec organic wine with some mature fruits aroms. Perfect to be drink on the year.
Varieties: 85% Malbec / 15% Merlot
Vineyard: Iron rich clay-sidérolithic, Organic agriculture.
Wine Making: Fermentation with indigenous yeast at controlled temperature (28-30°C), in small concrete tanks separately. We look for gentle extraction so to have quality tannin profile. Maceration post fermentation usually lasts 5-10 days. Malo-lactic fermentation and aging in concrete tanks. Concultant wine maker : Stephane Derenoncourt.
Denomination: Red wine AOP Cahors
Tasting suggestion: Served between 12° and 14°C. This wine is easy-to-drink and it can be drink with many dishes.
